Fresh-baked, small-batch, homemade sourdough bread and dinner rolls each week for local pickup in Whitesboro. Our bread is handmade from scratch using unbleached, non-GMO, and un-enriched flour, along with water, butter, honey, and salt for a flavorful and soft bread. It makes great sandwiches, you can fry it up in butter for a lovely addition to your breakfast, or slather with butter and enjoy with dinner. If you can manage to not eat it all before it goes stale in about a week, then it will be perfect for French toast or to cut into cubes for homemade croutons. For the croutons, toss the cubes with olive oil and seasonings, spread on a baking sheet, and bake until crispy. (Remember, we don’t have to let things go to waste, and certain recipes such as French toast and croutons are better with stale bread than with fresh!) However you like it, you will be pleased with the quality and flavor of homemade sourdough! It also freezes wonderfully. Just set out one night before going to bed, and you will have lovely, thawed, fresh bread for breakfast!
