Whole 30 Breakfast Sausage Bulk Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ground sage
  • 1/4 cup dried thyme
  • 1/8 cup fine ground black pepper
  • 1/8 cup ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 cup ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon or orange peel optional

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a quart size jar, put on a lid, and shake to combine well. You could also mix well in a mixing bowl before pouring into a jar. Use 1-2 tbsp of seasoning for each pound of pork to make breakfast sausage.
